The small print, in plain English

  • All advertised prices exclude VAT.
  • Setup prices are a starting point. The final setup price depends on how many pages and features your site needs, and is fixed in writing before any work starts.
  • Clients outside the UK can be invoiced in pounds or euros, without UK VAT where the reverse charge applies.
  • Paid advertising spend is separate and paid directly to the platform.
  • Third-party software costs may be separate.
  • The standard initial partnership term is six months.
  • Website ownership, transfer rights and any early-exit charges are explained before you sign.
  • Revenue commission applies only to eligible sales under the agreed attribution rules.
  • Commission is calculated on qualifying revenue excluding VAT, refunds and cancellations.
  • No commission is charged on unrelated sales to existing customers.
  • For high-value contracts or lower-margin industries, a custom commission percentage may be agreed.
  • Results vary. Sales and rankings are not guaranteed.

Custom partnership

A larger business, several locations or an unusual sales model? We can agree a different structure, including a custom commission rate for high-value contracts or lower-margin industries.

How our partnership works

Try an example. Enter the extra monthly sales our work might help bring in, then the commission rate and monthly fee for your package. Growth Partner is 5% and £349 a month. Ecommerce Partner is 7% and £449 a month.

Revenue is not profit. Materials, labour, delivery and your other costs still come out of the revenue that remains, and they vary from business to business.

Pricing questions

Do your prices include VAT?

No. All advertised prices exclude VAT.

Is advertising spend included?

No. If we run Google or Meta campaigns for you, the budget is agreed with you and paid directly to the platform. Our fees cover the work.

Are there any other costs?

Some third-party software, such as call tracking or a CRM, may be charged separately. Any extra cost is agreed before it is added.

What does the commission apply to?

Only eligible sales from new customers attributed to our work, under rules agreed before you sign. It is worked out on revenue excluding VAT, refunds and cancellations, and never on unrelated sales to existing customers.

How long is the contract?

The standard initial partnership term is six months. Search and website work take time to show results, and a shorter term rarely gives a fair picture.

Who owns the website?

Website ownership, transfer rights and any early-exit charges are explained in writing before you sign, so you know exactly where you stand.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Results vary, and nobody can honestly guarantee sales or rankings. We commit to the agreed work every month and clear reporting on what it achieves.

Do you work with every business?

No. Part of our fee depends on results, so we only take on businesses we believe we can grow. We usually say no to very early-stage startups and hobby businesses (unless we see real potential), marketplace-only sellers, businesses with no room for more work, and anyone who cannot reply to enquiries quickly or share sales figures. We also turn down gambling, adult services, crypto and high-risk finance, multi-level marketing and anything that relies on misleading claims.

We are larger, or sell differently. Can we agree something else?

Yes. For larger businesses or unusual sales models we offer a custom partnership with a fee structure agreed to fit. Mention it when you request your review.
