Why websites go stale
Most small business websites are built, launched and then left. Plugins fall out of date, photos age, prices change and the contact form quietly stops sending. Visitors notice before the owner does.
What is included
- Hosting and SSL certificates
- Software, theme and plugin updates, tested before they go live
- Security monitoring and regular backups
- Uptime and form checks, so enquiries keep arriving
- Content updates within the agreed monthly scope, such as text, prices, photos and new projects
- Speed and Core Web Vitals checks
Improvements as well as maintenance
Keeping a site running is the minimum. Each month we also look at how visitors use it and make agreed improvements: clearer calls to action, better service pages, new case studies and fixes where people drop off. Larger changes are scoped and agreed before we start.
Part of every partnership
Website management is included in all three packages rather than sold as a separate contract. If you only need maintenance and no marketing, we are probably not the right fit, and we will say so. Compare the packages on the pricing page.
Questions owners ask
What happens if my site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us, and we fix hosting or software problems as part of the management work.
Can I still edit the site myself?
Yes. You keep access, and we can show you how to make simple changes safely.
What is included in the monthly scope?
It depends on the package. The scope is written down before you sign, so you know what is covered and what would be quoted separately.
Do you manage websites you did not build?
Yes, after a review. Some older sites need fixes before they can be managed safely, and we will tell you up front.
