How our partnership works.
We build or improve your website, market your business every month and measure the enquiries and sales that come from it. Here is each part, in order.
Four steps
-
We review your business
We look at your products, your customers, your current website and how you handle enquiries and sales.
It starts with the free growth review. If we do not think we can help, we will tell you.
-
We build your growth system
We build or improve your website and install tracking on calls, forms and sales.
Tracking goes in before any marketing starts, so results can be measured from the first enquiry.
-
We market your business
Ongoing SEO, local marketing, content improvements and the campaigns we agree with you.
The work happens every month within the agreed scope. New campaigns and bigger changes are agreed with you first.
-
We measure real results
We track qualified enquiries, customer sales and collected revenue, and report them every month.
Performance fees are worked out from these figures, under rules agreed before you sign.
What happens in each part
-
Website development
We build a new website or improve the one you have, with clear service pages, real photos of your work and an obvious way to get in touch. Tracking is set up before launch.

SEO setup and ongoing activity
Setup covers technical fixes, page titles, structured data and your Google Business Profile. After that, every month brings new or improved pages, review replies and visibility checks.

Lead-generation campaigns
Where the numbers make sense, we run agreed Google or Meta campaigns aimed at your service area. Budgets are agreed with you and paid directly to the platform.

Admin automation
Where it saves time, we automate the repeat admin around your work: enquiry replies, quote follow-ups, job updates, review requests and payment reminders.

Tracking enquiries
Every form, call and quote request is recorded with its source, so you can see which marketing brings enquiries and which does not.
-
Measuring converted sales
We match enquiries to confirmed sales using your CRM, ecommerce reports or a shared record of new customer sales. You confirm the figures before any fee is calculated.
-
Calculating performance fees
Performance fees are worked out from verified sales or approved leads, using the attribution window, exclusions and payment timing written into your agreement.

Monthly reporting
One clear report each month: the work done, enquiries by source, sales tracked, any fees due and what comes next.

How results are measured
We set up only the tracking your business needs. Analytics, cookies, call recording and any personal data are handled in line with UK GDPR and PECR, with consent where it is required.
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Search Console
- Conversion event tracking
- Contact form attribution
- CRM integration
- Call tracking, where legally appropriate
- Ecommerce sales reporting
- Agreed records of new customer sales
What counts as a qualified lead
The same definition applies to per-lead pricing and to the enquiries we report. Details such as job types and service areas are agreed in writing before you start.
Counts
- A genuine potential customer
- Interested in a service you supply
- Located within your agreed service area
- A new contact, not an existing customer or a duplicate
Does not count, and is not charged
- Spam, robocalls and wrong numbers
- Suppliers, sales pitches and job seekers
- People outside your service area
- Duplicates of contacts you already have
Try the numbers
Try an example. Enter the extra monthly sales our work might help bring in, then the commission rate and monthly fee for your package. Growth Partner is 5% and £349 a month. Ecommerce Partner is 7% and £449 a month.
Revenue is not profit. Materials, labour, delivery and your other costs still come out of the revenue that remains, and they vary from business to business.
What we need from you
The partnership works when both sides do their part. Yours is mostly about answering quickly and keeping us informed.
- Give us access to your website, Google accounts and analytics
- Reply to enquiries promptly, ideally the same working day
- Record what happened to each enquiry: quoted, won or lost
- Share the sales information needed to work out commission
- Approve new pages and campaigns within the agreed time
- Tell us about changes in capacity, services or service areas
- Pay advertising spend and agreed third-party costs directly
Questions owners ask
How do you know which sales came from your work?
We track where each enquiry comes from using tools such as Google Analytics 4, form and call tracking and your CRM, then match enquiries to confirmed sales. The attribution window and how sales are verified are written into your agreement.
What counts as a qualified lead?
A genuine potential customer, interested in a service you supply and located in your agreed service area. Spam, suppliers, sales pitches and duplicates of existing contacts do not count and are not charged.
What does the commission apply to?
Only eligible sales from new customers attributed to our work, under rules agreed before you sign. It is worked out on revenue excluding VAT, refunds and cancellations, and never on unrelated sales to existing customers.
What do you need from us?
Access to your website and Google accounts, quick replies to enquiries, a simple record of which enquiries became sales, and approval of anything public within an agreed time.
How long is the contract?
The standard initial partnership term is six months. Search and website work take time to show results, and a shorter term rarely gives a fair picture.
How long until we see results?
Tracking and website fixes go in during setup. Campaigns can bring enquiries within weeks of launch. Search visibility usually builds over several months.
