Who we are

This policy explains what personal data No Marketing collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. No Marketing is run by Kamil Kozorys in Somerset, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@nomarketing.co.uk.

What we collect

When you request a free growth review we collect your name, business name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, website address, industry, business location, approximate annual turnover, average customer or order value, your biggest marketing problem and your preferred contact method.

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and your message. We do not collect payment details through this website.

Why we use it

We use these details to prepare your review, reply to you and, if you ask, to discuss working together. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not use your details for unrelated marketing and we never sell them.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Form submissions are stored in this website's database on UK hosting and sent to our email inbox. Our hosting and email providers process the data on our behalf. We share it with nobody else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If we do not end up working together, we delete review requests and messages within 12 months. If we do work together, we keep what we need for the length of the work and for as long as the law requires for business records.

Client data

When we work for a client, we may handle data about that client's own customers, for example enquiries recorded in analytics, call tracking or a CRM. We do this on the client's behalf and under a written agreement, and we only use it to deliver and measure the agreed work.

Cookies and analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use this website, for example which pages they read and which pages lead to an enquiry. This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google Analytics only runs if you click Accept on the cookie banner. It then sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_J6FRH62GKE, which last up to two years. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, which processes the data on our behalf. Some data may be processed outside the UK under the safeguards in Google's data processing terms.

We also set one strictly necessary cookie, nm_consent, which remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics. It lasts six months. If you are an administrator, WordPress sets login cookies too.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you reject, we remove the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@nomarketing.co.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
